The COMELEC has directed Philippine Air Lines and Cebu Pacific Air to prioritize delivery of ballot boxes to all provinces from Metro Manila. As a consequence all live-animal cargo bound Zamboanga City are being refused because of limited flight availability. PAL has informed us that normal operations will continue after May 1. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Only Zamboanga flights are affected as of the moment, we still ship Kois to other provinces.
