The COMELEC has directed Philippine Air Lines and Cebu Pacific Air to prioritize delivery of ballot boxes to all provinces from Metro Manila. As a consequence all live-animal cargo bound Zamboanga City are being refused because of limited flight availability. PAL has informed us that normal operations will continue after May 1.
