Shipping: We like to insist on shipping our koi airport to airport. The benefits of this are time and price. A typical scenario would be the packing up of the koi in the morning and then driving it to the airport immediately. It arrives to you the same day it is shipped and is in your pond for you to enjoy all the quicker.
Shipping cost depends on the quantity and the size of fish ordered. Multiple Koi can be shipped in one box. Once we received your orders, we will email you the total costs including shipping charge.
Due to the nature of our business, it is difficult to calculate the actual shipping costs at the time when customers place their orders. Therefore, the exact shipping charges will be added later when we received your orders. The shipping charge will be sent to you if you specifically request for it. We will ship your order the cheapest way possible for the products that you order. We strive to ship our products the most cost-effective ways possible for you. Shipping Prices: Average airport-to-airport prices are detailed below for the trip, you have to pick the koi up at the cargo area usually located near your airport.
Small Box 40cm X 46cm X 40cm: Approximate shipping charges Php 600.00 to Cebu, Davao, GenSan, Bacolod, Dumaguete City; Php 800.00 All other domestic destinations.
Medium Box 58cm X 38cm X 41cm: Approximate shipping charges Php 800.00 to Cebu, Davao, GenSan, Bacolod, Dumaguete City; Php 1000.00 All other domestic destinations.
Large Box 89cm X 37cm X 45cm: Approximate shipping charges Php1100.00 to Cebu, Davao, GenSan, Bacolod, Dumaguete City; Php 1600.00 All other domestic destinations.
A packaging charge of Php 350.00 applies to each shipping box.

Minimum order is one Small Box. All shipments must be paid in full prior to shipping. Shipment will be sent to your nearest airport via PAL Air Cargo. All Koi must be picked up from the airport within 3 hours of the flight arrival. We do guarantee our koi on purchases for a period of 72 hrs. If any problems arise please contact us within this timeframe for the warranty to take effect.

A word about the box environment: All koi are bagged once in pure oxygen, then that bag is bagged again the Japanese way. The double-bag is then placed in a reinforced koi shipping box which, as mentioned earlier, is air-freighted to your nearest airport.
